Geriatric Care in Primary care

Purpose: Helping primary care clinicians and their teams to diagnose and treat common outpatient geriatric patient care issues Funding supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under grant number U1QHP53044.

Audience: Primary care clinicians and other clinical team members working with older adults

Sample topics: Management of depression and insomnia; Sexual health of older adults; Maintaining mobility and fall prevention; High risk medications; Dementia diagnosis; Difficult conversations

Schedule: 12 sessions. Tuesdays, 7:30 - 8:30 a.m., PT, April 7 - June 23, 2026
