Gender Affirming Care community of Practice
Purpose: The goal of this community of practice is to provide a supportive environment for primary care clinicians and other interested healthcare team members caring for trans youth to learn and share best practices and create community. Sessions will be 100% case-based; get feedback on your most challenging care situations.
Audience: Pediatricians, Primary Care Providers and their teams, Behavioral Health Clinicians, LCSWs
Schedule: 6 sessions. Second Wednesday of each month, 12:00 - 1:00 p.m., PT, January 14 - June 10, 2026
