Geriatric Care for interprofessional Trainees

Purpose: Inspire and develop confidence of interprofessional trainees working with older adults.

Audience: Interprofessional trainees working with older adults

Sample topics: Exploring biases, fears, and uncertainties around aging; understanding congnition and age-related changes in brain function; reviewing medications; helping patients and familes navigate the disease experience; optimizing mobility; appreciating what matter.

Schedule: 6 sessions. Tuesdays, 8:00 - 9:00 a.m., PT, October 14 - November 18, 2025
