HEPATITIS C COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE
Audience: Clinicians (prescribing MD, DO, ND, NP, and PA), nurses, social workers, pharmacists, behavioral health specialists, practice managers, and quality improvement specialists are encouraged to register. Participation in our Hep C ECHO program is not required, but is encouraged.
