Dermatology for non-dermatologists

Purpose: Empower primary care clinicians with the knowledge and skills needed to treat common skin conditions in their practices

Audience: Prescribing clinicians (MD, DO, NP, PA), residents, nurses, medical assistants, and other clinical team members working in primary care settings. Participants may be from Oregon or across the U.S.

Sample topics: Psoriasis, Eczema, Skin Cancer (BCC, SCC, melanoma), General Dermatology (Acne, Warts, Vitiligo, and HS), Pediatric Dermatology, Wound Care, Hair and Nails, Biopsy Best Practices

Schedule: 12 sessions. Second and fourth Wednesdays (with some exceptions), 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. PT, September 10, 2025 - March 19, 2026
